Where do I start… My dad’s truck was blown away and when he was dropped off to the hotel without a working phone Sue was just wonderful! He was given a room right away, they kept in communication with us and even did wellness checks for us to make sure he is ok. They made sure to make him feel safe and got him coffee, extra towels and lots of great hospitality and kindness. I can’t recommend this place enough for everyone passing by the area. May god bless the ladies working there, the hotel and people in the community. He definitely received a 5* service.

This was the right hotel choice for us! We encountered a vehicle breakdown during our stay in Great Falls, which required an emergency extension of our room reservation, as well as an unplanned shuttle to a car rental, and a late check-out on the day our vehicle repair was completed. The front desk staff was genuinely sympathetic toward our circumstances and so very eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible during this stressful situation. We are very grateful to all of you!!

Outstanding stays every time! Sue and her staff are always congenially accommodating and the semi-truck parking lot behind the hotel is virtually always available for a few trucks no matter how late into the night.

Family Vacation Aug1-4 4D3N I’d like to commend the quick check in at the hotel, the front staff is super friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay coz the room is big and spacious, double sink, breakfast availability and lots of options. And we enjoyed the hot tub and pool especially the kids loved it. We had one issue that we shared in regard to the toilet not flushing well but they fixed it right away which is amazing after we shared the feedback. We will recommend to our family and friends.

Hotel was booked by my company for a night's stay. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and welcoming. They have a complimentary shuttle service for local pick/drop. On arrival, they provide a free bottle of water. Free coffee is available 24/7. Room size was good and good options were available to watch the TV. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Overall a good experience staying at this hotel.

Great place for a truck driver to do their 34 hour reset and get out of the truck, rooms were clean and bed is comfy , onsite laundry, and a pretty darn good breakfast for a hotel. Right beside the truck stop so lots of parking. (Truck stop will let you drop trailer if you need to run errands) only complaint I have is it’s a wood structure building so you can hear the people above you stomping around. Definitely would stay again if in the area!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and now I won’t go anywhere else. The rooms are spacious, the staff is consistently pleasant, and the breakfast variety is enough to please even the pickiest eaters. While my husband and grandson love the pool and hot tub, I personally love the oversized jacuzzi in the room! ​On a recent stay, I arrived with an injury, and Sue B. went above and beyond by bringing me a real ice pack and checking in to see if I needed anything else. They truly go the extra mile here—it really does feel like a home away from home.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are large, a decent table to play games at, and the big sink outside of the bathroom is helpful when staying with a family. The indoor pool and hot tub were very clean and nice to have. Breakfast had lots of options that you would expect at this level of hotel. Every staff member we encountered was joyful, helpful and friendly. The room was clean. I did not know the couch was not a pull out bed, but they brought us a roll away.
